These terms apply to purchases made on our website. They do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Scope & acceptance
- By using the site and placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Sales are to UK consumers only and in GBP.
- You must be 18+ to place an order.

3. Ordering & contract
- Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email order confirmation.
- Contract is formed when we dispatch the item(s) and send a dispatch email.
- We may decline/cancel and refund before dispatch if there’s unavailability, an error, suspected fraud, or pricing mistake.
- If you place multiple items, we may accept in part (separate dispatches/refunds).
4. Prices, VAT & duties
- Prices are in GBP. Taxes/fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
- For items shipped from outside the UK, import VAT/duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery (if not collected at checkout). You are responsible for such charges.
- We try to ensure accuracy, but pricing/availability errors may occur. If we discover a material error after you order, we’ll contact you—you may cancel for a full refund, or we may cancel before dispatch.
5. Payment
- We accept cards via WooPayments/Stripe and Revolut (and PayPal if enabled). Payment is taken at checkout or on dispatch as shown.
- Orders may be subject to automated fraud screening (e.g., Stripe Radar). We may request additional verification or cancel and refund.
- We never store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
6. Shipping & delivery
- Estimated delivery times are shown on product/checkout pages. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Some items may be shipped directly from partner warehouses (including outside the UK). We’ll provide tracking where available.
- Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your address. Please check parcels on arrival and report issues promptly.
- If you provide an incorrect address or miss delivery attempts, redelivery costs may apply.
7. Right to cancel (CCR 2013)
- UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason.
- After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return items.
- We refund the item price and the basic outbound delivery cost. You pay return postage (unless faulty).
- We may deduct for diminished value if items were handled beyond what’s necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

9. Faulty goods (CRA 2015)
- Within 30 days of delivery you may reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- After 30 days, we will repair or replace; if that’s not possible or fails, we’ll offer a refund.
- We cover reasonable return costs for accepted faults/damage (contact support for a label/approval).
10. Risk & title
- Risk passes on delivery.
- Title passes when we receive full payment.
11. Promotions, coupons & gift cards
- Promotions/coupons are subject to individual terms, validity periods and availability; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash.
- We may withdraw or amend promotions where permitted.
12. Accounts & acceptable use
- You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
- Do not misuse the site (spam, malware, scraping, unlawful content).
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or our policies.
13. Liability
- We are not liable for loss of profits, business, or any indirect/consequential losses.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- Subject to the above, our total liability in respect of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in that order.
14. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, customs delays, extreme weather). We’ll do our best to minimise any impact.
15. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order applies to that order.
- We may also change product details and prices at any time before you place your order.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
